No matter how hopeless and unmanageable a person's life has become due to the devastation of compulsive overeating, obesity, anorexia or bulimia, lasting recovery and freedom are possible. For more than thirty seven years, we have witnessed miraculous results. The first step is for an individual to recognize that overeating is their problem. Monday, Thought for the Day
~~ Some people live a protected life, screened off from the world. They conclude their life is just fine. But love does not hide for long. It appears in a book, or at a movie. They discover they are not living; they are subsisting. They begin to feel perturbed, disinterested, fatiqued; as if some strange illness has descended. They work a tedious job in a dreary office. Then a shake up occurs: a book, a piece of music, a new acquaintence. Life goes topsy-turvy. Nothing shatters monotony like love.~~ C.J. Good
