No matter how hopeless and unmanageable a person's life has become due to the devastation of compulsive overeating, obesity, anorexia or bulimia, lasting recovery and freedom are possible. For more than thirty seven years, we have witnessed miraculous results. The first step is for an individual to recognize that overeating is their problem.
